An original Birdsong Bakery creation! A warming gingerbread base topped with a lightly spiced (ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg) blondie layer. Decorated with a dusting of icing sugar and a gingerbread biscuit. Fabulously festive but too good to save just for Christmas!
